Material has arrived for finishing the plastering of the old building.

When this is completed the entire building will be made comfortable as the new building has already been plastered. Bad weather has been the cause of several absences during the last few days.

The girls are the proud possessors of a new basket ball and are taking a great interest in the game. A nice court is being prepared northeast of the building. Our Physics laboratory is expected to arrive in a few days and will be installed as soon as possible. Written lessons have been given in nearly all subjects this week. It has been decided to have quarterly examinations instead of monthly, with two written tests each month. Written lessons will count one half and examination one half. We are very glad to see a club organized for the improvement of school conditions, we believe that a great deal of good can be accomplished by such an organization.
